We deliver to specific zones to maintain food quality. Please enter your address at checkout to confirm if your location falls within our delivery partner's radius.
2. Delivery Costs
We use trusted third-party delivery partners to get your order to you. As such, delivery fees are not fixed and are calculated dynamically at checkout.
Fees are determined by our delivery partners based on:
- Distance: The distance from our kitchen to your delivery address.
- Order Volume: The size and weight of the order.
- Demand: Peak hours, traffic conditions, or bad weather (Surge Pricing).
The final delivery fee will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your payment.
3. Delivery Timing
We strive to deliver your food as quickly as possible.
- On-Demand Orders: Usually delivered within 45-60 minutes of order confirmation, depending on partner availability.
- Tracking: Once your order is picked up, you may receive a tracking link to follow the delivery partner's progress in real-time.
4. Receipt of Goods
You must be present to receive the delivery.
Since our products are perishable:
- The delivery partner will attempt to contact you upon arrival.
- If you are not available to receive the order, the partner may leave the order at a safe location (at your own risk) or dispose of it per their safety protocols.
- No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
5. Packaging & Safety
Your health is our priority. All orders are packed in tamper-proof, food-grade containers designed to maintain temperature.
If the safety seal on your package appears broken or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept the order and contact us immediately at support@meatonic.com.
