Strict Policy for Perishable Goods
Please Note: Due to the perishable nature of ready-to-eat food items, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered.

At Meatonic, we pride ourselves on serving fresh, high-quality, ready-to-eat food. Because our products are perishable and prepared specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

1. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any food or beverage items. Once the food has left our kitchen or has been delivered to you, it is considered a final sale.

We cannot accept food back into our facility due to cross-contamination risks and safety regulations.

2. Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Orders

While we do not offer returns, we want to ensure you get what you paid for. If there is a genuine error with your order, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our sole discretion.

Conditions for Refund/Replacement Consideration:

  • Wrong Item: We delivered a different item than what you ordered.
  • Missing Item: Your order was incomplete.
  • Food Quality Issue: The food arrived in a damaged or inedible state.

How to Report an Issue:

You must contact us within 1 hour of delivery. Please email us with:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (Mandatory).

Note: We reserve the right to deny any refund request if the complaint is not reported immediately or if photographic proof is not provided.

3. Order Cancellations

We start preparing your food immediately after the order is confirmed to ensure freshness.

  • Before Preparation: If you contact us immediately (within 5 minutes of placing the order), we may be able to cancel and refund your order.
  • After Preparation Starts: Once our kitchen has begun preparing your food, cancellations are not permitted and no refunds will be issued.
